We will Endeavour to call at the time arranged, we can call out of hours, although there will be an additional charge for this. We have a fee for the first 45 mins, if it becomes apparent that the repair will be more than this or parts are required you will be advised before the work is carried out. If you choose not to proceed, you will only be charged the initial fee, This case may arise where the work to be done is simple, but time consuming, if it is within a DIY skill level, you may wish to do it yourself !! If you proceed, the price quoted will include this fee. WE will ensure you are fully aware of the costs so that you do not get a nasty surprise |
