The director , Mark Page has served over 30 years in the Gas industry, he started at British Gas, has experience working for Baxi Potterton, Viessmann, and has been self employed in total for 16 years.

Whether you have a minor issue you think no one will repair or a boiler or gas fire service, give us a call, we will call to any job that we can fix if its on our service list. As you would expect, we do have a minimum charge, as at the end of the day we all have bills, and even pop in jobs take travelling costs, and time, please ask when you call about the fee.
we try and have all costs upfront, no going 5 mins over the hour and another hours charge like some out there, we have a 1 hour charge, we will endevour to resolve the problem or give you a price for a solution, if you choose not to proceed , obviously the minimum charge will apply .

fixed appointment times are available as are weekend calls and out of hours calls at as you would expect a reasonable surcharge advised in advance.
Note: We have recently ceased trading with Checkatrade, they have raised prices significantly over the last 2 years and service has dropped, the only way we could of remained would be to hike prices. we do not think that fair.
COMPLAINTS POLICY : We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
